Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the financial consulting services offered by OrtakoyRestaurant through the ortakoyrestaurant.com website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
OrtakoyRestaurant provides specialized financial consulting services for the premium hospitality sector, including but not limited to: profitability auditing, asset management, manager training in staff cost optimization, and investment planning for new business locations. All services are provided based on an individual contract.
Our services are advisory in nature. OrtakoyRestaurant does not assume liability for final business decisions made by the client or for financial results that may be influenced by external, uncontrollable factors (legislative changes, economic conditions, force majeure). The total liability of OrtakoyRestaurant is limited to the invoiced value for the respective service.
Service fees are established by contract. All prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT, where applicable. Invoices are issued according to the contract and are due upon receipt. Refunds are not accepted for services already rendered and invoiced.
Either party may terminate the service contract in writing, subject to the notice periods stipulated in the individual contract. Rights and obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination (confidentiality, limitation of liability) shall remain in force.
OrtakoyRestaurant reserves the right to modify these general Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the services after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
